As a marine biologist and eco-tourism advocate, my stay at Kubu Kangin Resort in Amed left me pleasantly surprised by the value it offers. The property comprises only four private bungalows, ensuring an exclusive and personalized experience. The housekeeping was excellent, with the rooms being impeccably maintained and the outdoor bathroom being a unique touch that immersed me in the surrounding nature.While the resort does not offer a wide range of commercial services, the staff's attentiveness more than makes up for it. The tranquil garden and pool area provided a serene retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of diving in nearby Amed/Tulamben.Although the resort lacks extravagant amenities like a mini-bar or in-room dining options, the peaceful ambiance, personalized service, and proximity to local shops and dining establishments create a cohesive experience for budget-conscious travelers seeking a serene escape. The presence of on-site laundry services adds a practical convenience for longer stays, while the air conditioning ensures a comfortable environment during the warm Bali evenings.Kubu Kangin Resort strikes a harmonious balance between luxury and value.
